Brown Sugar And Cinnamon Fruit Salad


This simple fruit salad recipe has the simplest topping of two ingredients - just brown sugar and cinnamon! Feel free to mix any fruit you like and reduce sugar if desired.
  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 2 kiwi
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple fresh or preserved
  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Rinse all fruits well.
  2. Slice the quarters into strawberries and slice the kiwi. Cut the grapes in half.
  3. Add all the fruit and brown sugar and cinnamon to a large serving bowl and stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
To make in advance, combine all the chopped fruit in a mixing bowl up to 24 hours in advance. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and stir gently for 30 minutes before serving.

Sweet And Sour Shrimp

Sweet and sour shrimp, a quick Chinese meal prepared in the wild! Mix juicy seafood with roasted peppers, zucchini, pineapple and drizzle with honey sauce.
Sweet and sour sauce-
  • ½ cup honey
  • cup rice vinegar
  • 1 spoon soy sauce
  • 3 spoons tomato paste
  • 3 spoons pineapple juice
  • 1 spoon cornstarch
  • 2 spoons water
Shrimp Stir-Fry-
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and dried, size 16/20
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 spoons vegetable oil divided
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup Red pepper Cubes of ¾ inch
  • 1 cup zucchini Ške inch slices
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup pieces of pineapple
  • 1 spoon sliced ​​green onions
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame
  1. Whisk together honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, tomato paste and pineapple juice, and a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  3. Dry shrimps with paper towels. Combine shrimp with salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  4. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and sesame oil.

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • Salted caramel mousse:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream, room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons Maldon sea salt flakes
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 cups whipped cream
  • Decoration
  • 1 bar bitter chocolate, broken into pieces
  • Salted caramel sauce
  • Whip cream
  1. To make the cakes: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, melt butter. Add sugar and vanilla and whisk. Add in the cocoa powder, whisk and remove from heat.
  3. Add the eggs, one and the other, stirring between each addition until the eggs are completely combined. Add the flour and mix well until the flour is completely combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely, cut into large pieces and set aside.

Start adding hot milk mixture to egg yolks, adding a little and stirring vigorously after each addition. When all is combined, cook over medium heat until the cream thickens and retains its shape. Add salted caramel to hot cream. Whisk until smooth and uniform. Coat the cream with a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool completely.
  8. Once the cream has cooled completely, gently fold it into 5 cups of whipped cream.
  9. To assemble: Coat the bottom of your tiny dish with caramel sauce, then start with a layer of crushed brownie, coat with a layer of salted caramel mousse and repeat until you get to the top of your Trifle dish. Garnish with whipped cream, crushed chocolate and salted caramel.

Creme Egg Millionaires Shortbread


Easter can still help us, however, what kind of eggs in creams are in stores is something we will celebrate as long as it is sustainable. Now we've all seen the creamy egg cookies (something) we made and loved before. but we wanted to create something a bit unique, but it turned into a still tray. this is how we came up with the concept of shortbread millionaire Creme Egg, taking the traditional caramel business and changing the caramel with a few self-satisfied cream eggs by filling and making a chocolate base chocolate.
Multiple recipes at the online store bought fondant and mixed it with water or sugar syrup to create the usual egg-filling cream. We picked something special, exceptional, starting with a few vanilla beans. We are aware of the excess amount of butter and sugar in this recipe (we honestly do not claim to be healthy in any way), but if you plan on baking everything with cream eggs, you are not planning in any way what is healthy in the first area !! So if you are going to do it, do it right.
ingredients
For a short bread base

  • 250g plain flour
  • 60g of cocoa powder
  • 125g of icing sugar
  • 225g butter
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
For filling Creme Egg

  • 330g of golden syrup
  • 180g butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 750 g of icing sugar
  • yellow food coloring

Sweet Keto Strawberry Cake


A sweet and delicate cake filled with fresh strawberries and crowned with lush, smooth cream cheese. Great dessert and now one of my favorite! It became especially delicious, fluffy and mild!
That makes about 12 slices.


ingredients

 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup (118ml) of water
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) of sugar supplement (I used erythritol)
  • 1/2 cup (50g) butter - melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups (180 g) of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup halved strawberries
  • teaspoon of vanilla
FOR CREAMS

  • 2 cups (approx. 500ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (100g) of sugar
  • tablespoon of vanilla
Direction

  1. Whisk your cake ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir in almond flour and baking powder.
  2. Pour half of the cake dough into a 9-inch parchment lined or greased cake pan. Pour the other half into a separate 9-inch cake pan (or cook afterwards if you only have 1 pan)
  3. Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.
  4. Allow the cakes to cool as you beat your heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Tops of stiff peaks.
  5. Put one cake on a plate. Cover the top of the cake with whipped cream. Then add a layer of strawberries.
  6. Top another cake and repeat - whisk with whipped cream and then more strawberries.
  7. Refrigerate in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Menjelang malam pergantian tahun, warga digegerkan dengan adanya kabar penemuan perempuan dan laki-laki bersimbah darah pada Selasa (31/12/2019) malam.
Peristiwa menggegerkan itu terjadi di kawasan Gunungbatur, masuk wilayah Karangwetan, Desa Gedangrejo, Kecamatan Karangmojo.
Informasi yang dikumpulkan sementara menyebutkan, perempuan dan laki-laki yang ditemukan itu bernama Pani (46) dan Ratmin (51). Keduanya sama-sama berasal dari Desa Umbulrejo, Kecamatan Ponjong.
Salah seorang warga menemukan keduanya bersimbah darah di area bukit Gunungbatur dalam kondisi bersimbah darah sekira pukul 19.15 WIB.

Makanan khas Gunungkidul yang satu ini mungkin sudah biasa kita lihat atau dengar,bagi sebagian orang makanan ini adalah makanan yang enak tapi bagi sebagian yang lain termasuk saya ragu untuk memakanya karena sedikit ekstrim dan dangkalnya pemahaman saya.

Tapi apakah kita sudah tau hukum asal dari makanan itu sendiri sebelum kita putuskan untuk mengkonsumsinya?
